My partner and I had a great experience buying a pre-owned Subaru from Audi Palo Alto. Car looked and drove great, my only hesitations were some scratches on the side and rims. Mario said no problem we will take care of that! Mario and Raj were both amazing to work with. We love our new (to us) car.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Audi Palo Alto. From the moment I walked in, David made the entire process incredibly smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Chris was amazing. He helped me out and got me to test drive 2 cars that I was interested in even when I told him that I would not be buying today. He did not pressure me, didnt even push at all. Just informed me on all the features and specs of the cars. It felt like talking to a friend that was super knowledgeable about cars. It was a great experience. There was another dealership that I visited that day and also told them that I wouldn't be buying today and they did not give me the opportunity to test drive some cars. So thank you Chris!

I recently purchased a vehicle from PA Audi and had a great experience. I entered the dealership with no set notions as to what vehicle I wanted, or even, ultimately, if it was going to be an Audi. Macguire introduced himself and provided insight and context on the vehicles in the show room. He was knowledgeable, cordial, and no-pressure. The whole sales process is so much more pleasurable when you have an associate who is there to answer any questions or address any concerns without feeling like there's an ever-present 'sales push'. Macguire was candid when queried on models I already knew were not fits for me and spoke to specifics or quirks that might not be apparent in any labeling or during a test drive. I left on a Friday to think about the options I had, and returned the next day when I ultimately purchased the vehicle. I'd highly rate both the experience and Macguire.

My experience was very good overall. However, there is one area where the dealership could improve. The dealership was not very clear in its online listings about the Max Shield Ceramic Coating Protection, which was added to the final purchase amount. This protection cost approximately $1,800 in addition to the advertised vehicle price. I believe the dealership should clearly disclose this information on its website and in its sales listings so customers can better understand the total cost before visiting. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I still received a great deal.
